Who we are
Belmer Collective (L. J. Property Partners Ltd - 15194874) is a land promotion business. We help landowners explore whether their land could get planning permission, and we sell it on their behalf. Contact: hello@belmercollective.co.uk.
What we collect
When you use our Plot Value Calculator or ask for an appraisal, we may collect:
your name, email address and phone number (if given)
your site's postcode, map pin, nearest road, ownership and current use
your calculator answers and estimate
Why we use it
To send your estimate and prepare your free appraisal. We do this because you asked us to.
To contact you about your land. This is in our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
To send occasional tips on land and planning, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details. We use trusted services to run our website and email (Netlify and Google Workspace), and they only process data on our instructions. We only share your details with planning consultants or buyers with your permission, as part of working on your land.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for up to [2] years after we were last in touch, unless we're working together on your land, in which case we keep them for as long as the agreement lasts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@belmercollective.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
